FiNEXPERT has the pleasure to invite you at the event Seminar and Business Forum organized Business France ParisTuesday, 28 June 2016.

YOU ARE:

  • Already operating in the Romanian market or are considering it;

YOU WISH

  • To obtain information on the development opportunities in Romania;
  • To identify and implement new projects;
  • To take advantage of the experience gained by professionals who have made it on this market.

Thanks to its strategic location at the crossroads of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, Romania stands out as the second largest market in the CEE region, with approximately 20M inhabitants;

Economically dynamic and very industrial, but also with an agricultural tradition (as Europe’s former “granary”), the country has witnessed an acceleration of the rate of growth in recent years, by 3% or more as of 2013 – reaching 3.6% in 2015, with prospects of over 4% in 2016, in part supported by the European financing;

As an EU Member, Romania is close to France geographically (2.5 hours from Paris), culturally and linguistically. Situated in Central Europe, but with a strong Latin culture, this country is an exception, standing out in the region by the energy autonomy (oil/gas producer and net electricity exporter);

Thanks to the cultural rapprochement between the two countries, France enjoys considerable support among Romanians, and its products are very successful (it is the fourth largest supplier in Romania);

French companies have not been wrong: France is the fifth largest investor after the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Cyprus; there are over 3,500 local companies with French capital, with leaders in all the business sectors (mechanical engineering, constructions, agriculture, IT, energy, the large distribution sector, banking services, insurance, telecommunications, health...);

Nowadays, the country’s modernization (infrastructure, industry, the agri-food sector and administration) is the major challenge faced by the Romanian elite in view of increasing the national added value in all the branches of the economy, through funding with multilateral funds. To that effect, the needs are huge and there are definite opportunities for French entrepreneurs who rely on the confirmed development of this European country.

During these Romanian Encounters of 2016, we will bring together top experts, private, public and institutional supporters for your business in Romania, people with relevant experience in the field and a permanent presence in Romania. The morning shall also include several testimonies by Romanian and French specialists “living” in Romania every day. The afternoon shall be dedicated to the B2B meetings.

WHY PARTICIPATE IN THESE MEETINGS WITH ROMANIA?

These meetings will also allow you:

  • To find out information about the country’s economic situation and prospects;
  • To learn the latest developments in the business environment;
