„Labor taxation became a favorite subject for the audits made by fiscal authorities in the past months of 2014 and the beginning of 2015. In this context, although the authorities’ endeavor is natural, we draw attention also to some abusive practices of the tax inspectors, regarding the interpretation of the legal provisions and retraining transactions.

During the workshop we will cover topics like: Fiscal approach of benefits in kind, The reconsideration of the daily allowance, Gift vouchers’ subject, New approaches of the tax authorities. In addition, also in the context of labor taxation, we would like to bring to the attention the non-resident individuals’ regime, with focus on the expats’ detachment in Romania and the establishment of the fiscal residency.”
